The customer rep is like he didn't wake up yet, attitude towards us was ignorant. Any problems you have with your vehicle, he will say that's normal, our systems are continuously updating.. their answer is that's normal.. I am having issues with my window wipers and cameras.. it's our second service within 3 months for the same issues.. They totally need a course on customer relations and services. Our wipers comes on when it wants to. And on rainy days it doesn't come on to clean the windshield. The camera feed is blurry, you can't see the surroundings normally and I was told that's normal due to the new upgrades . Then how can we trust and rely on Tesla.

My car shut down in New Jersey on my way home to the Bronx on Sunday, Dec 24 at around 6pm. I submitted a request on the Tesla app to have it towed and they kept delaying me until 3 am in the morning. They kept telling me the tow truck will come and it never came. I got the tow truck number from the guy I spoke with about my request and when I called the tow truck company, they told me to ignore Tesla because they owe them money that they haven’t paid that’s why the tow company has not come. Why is couldn’t Tesla just tell me they couldn’t help me? They wasted my time, energy, and money for no reason. I was standing by the side of the highway when the police pull up and said that I had to move the car. That it couldn’t stay there. They charged me 159 for towing and didn’t even take it to the service center. After waiting till 3 am, I had to call a different tow company to come pick it up and bring it to the service center. They arrived in 14 minutes and they also charged me 155 or so. This is ridiculous because I was completely locked out of my car and standing in the cold in a far away place from my home. Y’all need to do better. Just know y’all gonna pay for both towing I had to pay because my car is only 6 months old and still under warranty. I paid this car in cash 61k so I’m not playing no games. For that amount, I need top notch service. I am going to report this to the CFPB(consumer financial protection bureau) because no consumer should have to go through this.

I picked up my brand new model 3 in cherry Hill on Monday, October 23. I arrived early and that wasn’t an issue. The woman at the front desk, adjusted my appointment time and checked me in. I had to wait two minutes because my temp tag wasn’t on the car yet. I loved how incredibly easy it was to lease and pick up the car. I was told where my car was, linked it to my phone and checked everything out. They even put a sign with your name in the front window which honestly was just freaking cool. I set up everything to my liking and I was on my way. 30 minutes is all I spent. I love the way Tesla handles buying and picking up a car. In total I spent maybe an hour for the whole the process. Even my lease approved in like five minutes. I do wish Cherry Hill location was a bit larger where they keep the cars. I’m sure they do too. Overall, great experience and I hope the next 3 years is equally as pleasant.

TLDR: seriously reconsider visiting cherry hill service, maybe reconsider buying Tesla in the first place. I came in to align tires, they broke my windshield, 1hr appt turns into 5 hr appt. They fix windshield, horribly mess up alignment. I have to come in for second 5 hr appt to fix what I first came there for. Manager said he’d call, never called. I came in for a wheel alignment. Somehow service broke my back windshield and ended up taking 5 hours on an appointment that should have taken 1. Service offered me a free alignment which would have been fine and been the end of story but when I got in my car, regenerative braking and traction control suddenly didn’t work, the car was tugging heavily to the right, and I got warnings saying my alignment was significantly off. I only had taken my car in for an alignment because the tires had worn abnormally, and hadn’t been experiencing any of these new issues. I had a flight to catch so I drove the 30 minutes back home and wrote Tesla expressing my displeasure. They had several excuses ready for me, 1. It was impossible to get into alignment, they did as much as they could (this turned out to be false because I took it in again and of course they were able to fix it) 2. The Tesla computer must have been compensating for my poor alignment before I took it in, which is impossible as there is a direct connection between the steering wheel and the wheels, it’s not drive by wire. I took the vehicle in and after another 5 hour appointment (not sure how wheel alignments take so long here, but when you have incompetent technicians I guess that’s what you get) the vehicle was in the same condition it was before I took it in in the first place. After having wasted as much time as I did on Tesla service appointments I asked for any form of compensation. I was told the manager would talk to me at the end of the appointment, and when he wasn’t there at the end of the appointment that he would call me. I’ve called 4 times now and still been refused the manager. Horrible horrible service.

Lucky for them Google reviews don't allow negative stars. The pick up location in Cherry Hill NJ is the worst cx service experience that i ever had in my entire life specially when you are spending your hard earned money. The person at the service desk in the back of the building was very rude and impolite, and refused to acknowledge my concerns at the time of Pick Up, I asked to speak with the manager since he refused to acknowledge some quality control issues that i noticed with the car and kept saying that he can't see them. So he took it upon himself and without even going inside the building told me flat out that the manager was busy and can't come out, i kept insisting to talk to the manager and after 20+ minutes he decided to go inside and got someone to polished some imperfections on the paint (Asian guy very knowledgeable) and the tech noticed the issues instantly. After some of them was partially fixed i asked again for the manager and then he went inside and the manager came out with 4 other guys, but that was useless because the manager said that all those imperfections was within Tesla specs (no proof of that which i asked to show me), i asked him politely to document my issues on my account just in case something happen in the future ill be covered by the warranty and he refused to do so by saying "we are not going to fix so i will not notate anything" i felt i was mistreated and dead in the water, hope i never have to go there again. So if you are buying a Tesla go to another pick up location that you are not treated like they are giving you something because if you are like me i work very hard for the things i have.
